Isoporzinho is a free and spontaneous appropriation that began when video jockey Guigga Tomaz created an event on Facebook calling his friends to bring beer from home in a small styrofoam cooler to their favorite bar as a way of boycotting the high prices practiced at Southern Zone bars. The initiative had an immediate repercussion and spread through the country, and was highly used on beaches, at Carnival block parties, the entrance of nightclubs and public squares to avoid the abusive prices charged by merchants.
